🔁 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase/delivery
  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition
  • Original bill/invoice is mandatory
  • Accessories, freebies, and box contents must be intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used mobile phones
  • Activated devices (SIM inserted/Apple ID/Google ID logged in)
  • Software-related issues
  • Physical damage after delivery

🔧 Defective Products

  • In case of manufacturing defect, customer must visit the authorized service center
  • We will assist and guide for faster resolution

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided in cash
  • Only replacement or store credit will be given (if eligible)
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days

  • Exchange value depends on device condition
  • Final decision by store evaluation
