🔁 Returns
- Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase/delivery
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition
- Original bill/invoice is mandatory
- Accessories, freebies, and box contents must be intact
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used mobile phones
- Activated devices (SIM inserted/Apple ID/Google ID logged in)
- Software-related issues
- Physical damage after delivery
🔧 Defective Products
- In case of manufacturing defect, customer must visit the authorized service center
- We will assist and guide for faster resolution
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are not provided in cash
- Only replacement or store credit will be given (if eligible)
- Processing time: 3–7 working days

- Exchange value depends on device condition
- Final decision by store evaluation
